Mr. Mosier- I just wanted to let you know how well your knife performed during a recent hunting trip. For father’s day my wife and children presented me with one of your beautiful handcrafted knives (5160 Steel #8 with an Oak Burl handle) and I had been looking forward to using it this hunting season. Well, I was lucky enough to get a cow elk tag for area 50 in Colorado this year and I took a very large cow opening morning. My brother-in-law and I boned it out in record time using your knife and I believe this was due to the fantastic edge with which it came. Also, the handle’s shape definitely lends itself to comfort and practicability. I was also able to assist boning out two more elk and I received a lot of favorable comments about the knife. Thanks for the great piece of steel.

I use the #2 every day and I have to say, the more I use it the more I really feel that it is the most well designed knife I have ever used. I have decided that I would like to have one (at least) in all the sizes. I thank you again for such a well made product.

Joshua, I just wanted to send you a picture of the turkey I shot this year and to tell you that I love my #6. This little knife works great for birds and I can't wait to use it this fall on some big game. I've cleaned six turkeys with it and it is still as sharp as when I bought it.
